First thing, the owner let me check in early. That is the best thing. I appreciate that effort. Parking had a private gate which is nice. The house was clean but you can tell no one stayed in the second room in a while. The room next to the laundry had spider webs all over and spiders. The room near the bathroom was perfect. Kitchen and living room were clean. Bed/pillow soft/ clean sheets. Towels, bath soap/ laundry supplies. Also they have plenty of trash bags for you to clean up. Water in shower was hot but they need an updated shower head. The shower head was old/had a moldy smell. Getting in is a bit much. You have to open 3 different locks to get 3 sets of keys. Maybe they can make it easier. Owner was very responsive and gave me so many recommendations. I would say the owner was great, location needs to be updated. It’s just old. It’s very close to beach/food activities. There is a bit of loud music at night the cars ride by both nights I stayed but I don’t mind the music.

Las fotos no hacen justicia, el lugar está moderno, cute, y con todo lo que se necesita! Muy limpio! Seguro y a distancia perfecta de las áreas turísticas. No había plancha y pudimos desarrugar la ropa en la secadora. Disfrutamos llegar y descansar en las camas blanditas y sin calor 👌🏽

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alexis. L'appartement nous a surpris positivement car l'intérieur était mieux que sur les photos. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le Old San Juan ou pour aller à Escambron Beach. Environnement calme aux vues de son emplacement. Environ à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport
