My husband and I came for a weekend getaway and cannot stop talking about how wonderful of a place this is. We loved it so much, we didn’t leave the house! Rekha and Shyam have created a peaceful, relaxing cabin with everything you may want. There are games and books upstairs, a speaker, and all of the kitchen amenities. We loved the coffee apparatus selection! The outside is breathtaking with a walkway right to the creek and a bench/fire pit to enjoy. We were lucky enough to experience the property in the sunshine one day and snow the next, it was perfectly equipped for all seasons. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. They even warned us of a planned electricity shutoff and what to expect with the generator turning on (we barely even noticed, it was great!) We cannot recommend this place enough and plan to bring our friends and family back soon. Thank you Rekha and Shyam for hosting our relaxing getaway!

Rekha and Shyam’s home was lovely and in a beautiful setting. Very close to Mount Lassen National Park and next to a creek. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were in providing instructions for their home. It was very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. They were very responsive! We accidentally locked ourselves out and I panicked a little since we had our 3 year old with us in the snow. But they saved the day by being so responsive and letting us in within 5 minutes. Stay here and you won’t regret it!

I just moved back to the Bay Area from 4 years living in the NYC life so I decide to do a weekend getaway trip to enjoy some outdoor California locations with friends, husband and my doggie! We had a great time here that we barely left the cabin. Our host was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. They made sure to check on us once a day making sure we are doing fine or if we needed anything! We felt very warm that our host’s so caring and thoughtful! The cabin was over the top! We can see great view from the cabin and the interior design so far is one of my top 3! I even told my husband I want to “steal” some of the interior design ideas! Another thing I want to mention is that the cleaning lady is awesome, she’s honest. Found my AirPod and immediately reported to the host and they reached out right away! I can go on and on but I will conclude this by saying we will definitely book again and we are planning to book their Yosemite location soon!
