Great stay in a perfectly sized villa for our stay with extended family. Spacious and clean property with each room having its own bathroom. Would gladly return.

There is a need to repair/renovate building. Online picture is very different from reality in terms of present state of house. In terms of size, it was adequate for our group of 14. The game room was not bad. Had a pool table and an arcade game for kids. It was just OK and I will not go back unless the required updates has been done. Location wise, its 30mins to downtown. If your vacation plan is at Jumairah or the outskirts, it is a good location but if its at downtown, its quite a distance.

The house is amazing, the games room was loved by the kids and adults alike, and the house was big enough that even when we needed space we could all be together without getting in each other’s way. Perfect for a family reunion. Please do note that there could be ants on the ground floor as the house is surrounded by a lovely garden.

Great place to stay with family, few minutes drive to Ibn Batuta mall and marina.Nice and peaceful area. Mona been great in communicating and been very helpful. Villa needs little love here and there, kithen need some crockery. We bought our own stuff to use. I will say value for money, gaming area to keep you entertained, will book the place again
