This is one of the best properties you can get in the area. Very convinient that it is very close to the Energy Metro station which made it very easy to get anywhere in Dubai. The place is clean and has all the listed amenities. The pictures are accurate. The hosts were simply amazing, very responsive and were flexible to allow us an early check in after our early arrival. Akash was amazing for the check in and check out process. Highly recommended. The location is near all the essentials you need for your stay.

We stayed here for a week-long work trip. The apartment was clean and it was conveniently located near a metro stop. Prime was good at communicating and responsive to my messages. The view out the window was basically a stretch of desert and an Ikea sign, but for a lower price than a hotel, it was worth it overall.

Overall the place is great. Except with few things.. We did not get the access key to the parking as promised. Also the building is not a noise proof so you should minimize your noise otherwise the people next door will knock the wall to get your attention 😬.. It would be great if the shower has separation so that the water will not spread all over .. it’s a safety hazard for elderly and children. But we all love the place and enjoyed our stay.. xxx USAxxx
