Castle View 应该是探索Skye最佳的基地，小屋美丽温暖，干净整洁，设施现代，让旅行者有归家的感觉。它位置卓越，完美地融入到美丽的田园和壮观的海岸景致之中，甚至在客厅透过大大的玻璃窗就能感受到。 Angus是一位热心和周到的房东，回复总是很及时，沟通交流令人愉快。我和我的家人在这里度过了三天美好的时光，离开时竟有些不舍。感谢Angus打造的精致小屋，如果有机会重访，一定要多呆一些时间。

We really enjoyed staying at Castleview. We would recommend you plan your meals for your holiday. We made reservations at the Uig Inn for two nights and then a night in Portree and then made meals at the Castleview. It’s about 45 minutes from Portree and 20-25 from Uig. We enjoyed the solitude and peacefulness & beautiful views. Castle view is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed hiking Rubha Hunnish from the house. Angus was very responsive when I texted as well as asked for dinner recommendations which are mandatory in the Uig area unless you want to drive to Portree. There are cows on the adjacent property and sheep in the area, & we very much enjoyed sea views…traditional Scotland! We hiked to Duntulum Castle twice from the property along the beach. The water pressure in the house was a nice surprise as the only place we’ve stayed with a high water pressure and the dryer actually works. We are from the US and this has been been the only dryer in Europe that dries clothes!

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at Castle View! Angus's home was clean, quiet, and private - exactly what we needed for a getaway. The pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Angus provided great insight and recommendations for the local area. He also provided some wine and snacks upon our arrival, which was very nice. :) Random, but the water pressure was A+++! 😂

We loved staying here on the Isle of Skye!! Castle View really is everything we hoped for and the view really did blow us away. This is the perfect spot to have cozy rainy days in, as well as an ideal starting point for all sorts of adventures. The place itself was clean, cozy and had all the necessary everyday amenities! We would say plan ahead for your food shop, but other than that there’s nothing more we can say other than we hope to be returning very very soon!
