Taking a left brings you into the dining room where there is a multi fuel stove, two Lloyd Loom chairs, a Scottish dresser and a dining table which sits six. The dining room leads on to the kitchen where there is an oven, integrated hob, kettle, toaster and fridge. There is a washing machine which can be used by guests. The back door leads into the garden where there is a picnic bench to enjoy a cuppa in the morning or an evening meal on a summer's night. Light outdoor furniture will also be available during the Summer season for use at the front to enjoy the sea views and the sunsets. Returning back to the hallway there is a shower room to the left with walk in shower, toilet and sink with a small shelf and mirror unit. By the staircase is a door into the lounge where there is a working open fire place, sofa and two armchairs, a nest of side tables, tv and cd player. There is a bookcase with a selection of books and CD's with history and culture of the islands. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. There are two double bedrooms with double beds, two bedside tables, lamps and wooden clothes rail. Outside there is a large garden which surrounds the property and a parking area with space for up to two cars.
