Remote and rural cosy cabin located on the most Northerly point of Skye. Kick back and relax after a day of hiking the Trotternish Ridge or sightseeing all that Skye has to offer at Island Coorie. Island Coorie offers a king size room with en-suite, kitchen with eating and living space. You will also find an outside decking area with uninterrupted sea and Mountain View’s. All be it a long drive from the bridge, Island Coorie is well worth the drive through the Jurassic landscapes of Skye. At Island Coorie you will find an open plan living and kitchen area. A full kitchen at your disposal, corner sofa, dining table and chairs with a 32” TV with both Netflix and i player fitted. Through a sliding door you will find a cosy and comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, a place to hang your clothing and a suitcase caddy. Attached is a full en-suite with power shower and heated towel rail. Outside the Coorie you will find a sheltered decking area with a dining table and chairs. Wi-Fi is situated throughout the cabin, ample cooking utensils and electric heating.

An amazing Airbnb, one of the best and we've been to lots!!! Fabulous location if you want to get away from it all, as long as you don't mind the twist steep roads! Definitely worth it though. Cabin had everything you needed, the most comfy bed and brilliant shower. Eilidh was very friendly giving us a heads up about the Northern Lights. We didn't have the full show but had some incredible white lights in the sky!! Unique. Would recommend it without hesitation!
We had a lovely 2 night stay here! Beautiful and private location with wonderful views of the sea and cows and sheep in the yard. Very clean place and the kitchen had everything you could think of. We asked for help with turning the oven on and the it was quickly shown to us! Bed is super comfortable as well!! There was even a goodie basket with snacks and drinks which was nice touch. Very kind. Would recommend to stay here!

A wonderful little cottage that has all the amenities you could wish for. Also a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful porch with a nice view. The check in was as easy as it could possibly be. The communication was perfect. I would love to return sometime.
Everything about this place was perfect! We stayed at three other locations during our stay and none of them compared. Host was super friendly, area was very peaceful and quiet, had amazing views, and had everything we could need. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

We are located in the small but beautiful township of Kilmaluag, on the Northern peninsula of Skye. My husbands family have lived and worked the land here for many generation - and we continue to carry on the work with livestock.
We are surrounded by many beautiful walks, climbs, swims and natural attractions.

To get here it is highly recommended that you have a car. Once you leave the A87 you have 10miles of single track road to reach us. There is a bus service which passes 4x daily. More info can be found on the Stagecoach website and bus route number 57 (North Skye).
