Had booked Scottys House for one night for 3 with my lab Sasha. The house is just as shown in the photos, very private, calm and peaceful. The hosts Caroline and Amit are wonderful people and pet parents themselves so everything was superb for my lab , which was the most important thing for us. There is good space in front of the house completely fenced out and safe to leave the dogs off leash. Also there is a lake just 5 mins walk from the house. Basic breakfast, drinking water, basic masalas, milk, biscuits TV with Netflix, wifi all the basic necessities were in place. There's a veg restaurant nearby from which Amit was kind enough to arrange lunch for us. All in all a very good place for pet parents . Definitely recommended.

I booked a 2-night stay here with my dog because I wanted a relaxing short vacation for both of us. And that's what we got. What I loved about staying here was the silence and privacy. It's a great location if you're looking for a place to just disconnect from the chaos of the city. There are basic amenities such as bread, butter, eggs, milk, and cooking staples for you to cook for yourself without needing a restaurant, though you'll have to carry vegetables. Also, there's help in the form of the caretaker, Lakshay, who was always available and helpful if I needed something such as getting chicken for my dog or getting food from a nearby restaurant. The place is small and cosy, perfect for a cuddle-filled stay with your pet. My dog loved the open space around the cottage. She even got to see some langur monkeys which was an interesting experience. There's a lake nearby as well where she enjoyed dipping her paws in the water.

3 of us with our doggo stayed for a night at Amit's place. Location is perfect for a getaway with minimal drive. We fell in love with the place mainly for the fenced, big yard around the house. Our dog had an amazing time running around for hours. Our dog is an escape artist but our worries were put to rest as there was no way for him to escape. The lake is 5 minutes walk away. This was another fun new experience for our dog. The stay comes with a TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Eggs, Bread and Butter, Milk, Filter and instant coffee; tea is provided with no extra cost. Moreover, the place was equipped with mosquito spray for the room, dhoop, power banks and an excellent invertor. All in all, Amit kept it ready like it's our own house! Everything we needed was there. What I liked the most about my stay is that Amit is kind, honest and generous. He was forthcoming about noise from a temple nearby. We'd surely stay here again as we all, especially our dog, enjoyed it.

We spent lovely one night in this airbnb. It was a heaven for my dog as he got to run around and explore. pros 1. Quaint place with clean minimalistic vibes 2. super helpful caretaker and owner 3. Small but self contained. from kitchen to bathroom everything is well equipped we loved the well equipped kitchen where we could cook and the fridge was well stocked. The cottage had power back up and a nice place to lounge around. There is a TV with Netflix and WiFi and also AC so during hot afternoon we watched a movie with our little one. The bed was uncomfortable so we slept on the foldable futon. Cons There was noise of "Bhajan" from the village after 4pm till 6 am which meant we did not really get the peace and quiet we we were looking for. It was beyond anyone's control but the owner could have alerted us since the caretaker was well aware of it couple of days beforehand. We would still give this place a second chance as everything else except noise was great.

I visited this place with my husband and 2 dogs and to be honest I was quite disappointed: 1) There was loud noise / loudspeaker from some temple nearby from evening till after midnight. We couldn't sit outside at all. 2) The lawn area was not maintained... completely brown and dry grass unlike the photos on the left side of the cottage. The front side of the cottage did have some green grass though. Over all, maintenance required. 3) Very basic things were missing. There was only 1 bath towel for 2ppl. No hand towels. 4) The sofa-cum-bed had sponge/spring, very uncomfortable and caused back pain. Couldn't sleep properly. Pros: 1. The space inside the property is huge so my dogs could run around and they enjoyed 2. The lake is 5 min away.. it's very peaceful, serene and clean 3. Laxman, the caretaker was very nice and always available 4. The kitchen was very well equipped with almost everything required Over all, too pricey for the facilities!
