A modern 4 Bedroom villa, built with large sliding windows, a Private Swimming pool with kids section beside Gazebo seating space and high ceiling living room with verandah grass lawn. Wake up to birds chirping and green views of the lawn from each room. Chill with a book or cup of tea in the Machan or get pampered by homemade meals prepared by our courteous caretakers in the open kitchen. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Villa has 4 cozy bedrooms, High ceiling living room with open kitchen and 8 seater Dining table, a huge grass lawn, Private swimming pool with a Machan + Gazebo sitout area and bonfire, and an option to barbeque. BEDROOM: - The villa comprises 4 bedrooms. All Bedrooms on the ground floor (Elder-Friendly) - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available. LIVING AREA: - The villa has 1 living room on the ground floor with wide openings and hosts an indoor 8 seater dining area, open kitchen, and 1 washroom. - Smart TV and music system for entertainment. - It is well-lit and tastefully furnished. BATHROOM: - The Villa has 5 bathrooms. 4 Bathrooms en-suite, and 1 washroom in living room. - Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. Food: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. - For meal package - Lunch, Evening tea with snacks (which you can have in the verandah), dinner, and breakfast can be prepared by caretakers at additional charges or Utility Charges (₹1000) if you wish to cook by yourself. Note: Music after 9pm strictly not allowed in outdoors.

it was a great stay from checkin to check out, the house keeping staff are so great, they cater to your request so well. if you want to chill in karjat this is the place
Had a great experience with family. The place was neat and clean and the caretaker cooked really delicious meals and was very accommodating too as we had children with us. The kids enjoyed the pool and loved playing in the garden. The place offered peace and quiet and that was exactly what we were looking for.
We booked this place, which is managed by LeisureStays for a weekend. The place was easy to find, and the caretaker Kishore was actively communicating with us throughout our stay to check if there is anything required. The place looks exactly like shown in the pictures, and the common areas are spacious for more than 16 people. The rooms however are of decent size and can accommodate upto 4 people per room. We did not take a meal package, but rather booked a cook and gave them a menu beforehand for preparation. The food was delicious and best part of the stay. The caretaker will go to the market, if there is anything needed and was super helpful the entire stay. Will be recommending it to others.
