Bedrooms: - The property comprises of 6 AC bedrooms. 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the upper floor. - AC, comfortable Queen-sized bed & Greenery are offered in all rooms. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes and mirrors are available. Bathroom: - We have 8 bathrooms, 6 bathrooms ensuite in bedrooms, one near the pool and one attached to living area. - All bathrooms have modern geysers, fresh towels & basic toiletries. ​ Living area: - It’s located on the ground floor with wide openings and connects to the dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and pool. - This section features ACs, WiFi, 55” Smart TV and sound system & 12 seater sofa. - It is well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished. - There is an 8-seater indoor dining table to savor mouth-watering dishes. ​ Swimming Pool: - Private Pool dimensions are 60 * 30 ft. The pool 4.5* depth of the pool*. - Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool. - There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor furniture to have drinks and food with your loved ones. ​ Outdoors: - One acre front yard and backyard - Banquet ( charges extra ) with terrace suitable for events, celebrations and grand get-togethers. ​ Kitchen & Meals: - Consumption of Veg & Non veg food is allowed at the property, property caretaker and helper will be at your service. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave ( access only for staff ). - For meal package - Lunch, Evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast can be prepared by cook at additional charges starting from Rs. 1200/- per person. - The meals will be prepared at the villa, in the kitchen, and served fresh. - Outside food is not allowed.
