Wow! It was such a joy to stay at James’ place! It is right in the center of an adorable coastal town of Capitola, just a few steps from the town beach and shops and restaurants. At least during this season the area was quiet at night and the house was very clean and comfortable. House is also well stocked with everything you might need including beach toys for the kids. Parking can be a little tricky but once you learn the ropes, no big deal finding a good spot nearby. We loved our stay and hope to come back again in the future! Highly recommended!

I have never stayed in a more well-appointed vacation home. It was immaculate, cozy, and well stocked. There was even a bidet! Everything was easy to use. A lovely little escape for me!
