The views are simply amazing! There is not a bad seat in the entire place, including the master bathroom. Balcony is Huge! The unit is LARGE and there is plenty of room for everyone to relax during your stay. Unit comes with 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs that are setup each day by a service provider. Very nice touch. Check in was simple and easy. For $350 cleaning fee, we expected not to see sand and dirt on the floor that greeted us at the front door. It could be that the front door is bent out at the bottom, and doesn't completely shut. I let maintenance know about the issue. I guess cleaning fee doesn't include the outdoor grill, because it had not been touched since last used. Passed on that feature. This place says nothing but Luxury, until you get to the linens and towels. Bedsheets, comforters, blankets, pillows and towels are straight outta Motel 6. You want to consider bringing your own sheets, because we had to go and purchase sheets to be able to enjoy a good nights sleep. I understand these are supplied by the management company, but a Luxury condo at a Luxury price, should have Luxury linens. You may want to consider turning up the hot water heater temp. That wonderful dual head master shower is great for about 2 mins of hot water, then it cools off quickly. Hot tub is more like a luke warm tube with bubbles. Wi Fi The unit shows a 5G connection but management wasn't able to get us a password to it. Don't expect to work on your laptop with the public wi fi. Cell services was faster.
