White Sands condo in Pensacola Beach was just what we needed for our party of five. My mother needed a bathroom with bars and on the first floor. This condo filled those needs. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and made for relaxed, comfortable gatherings. The elevator was nice for luggage and my elderly mother. The only negative is the floors on the first floor including kitchen, living area and bedroom and bath were not clean. I wore socks around for the first afternoon and evening and by the end of the night, my white socks were brown. When wiping up a water spill with a paper towel, it came up really dirty. There was sand on the floors as well. The kitchen counter tops had debris on them when we arrived. The bathrooms were clean but it looked like the floors had not been cleaned on a regular basis in a long time.

Cons-The office staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I arranged an early check in and they told me that I hadn’t even after I showed them all their communications. The kitchen had sticky stuff all over the cabinets. You have to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels they didn’t provide enough to even use 1 time. 1 dish towel. Front door lock is broken. Pros- the location is amazing it’s right on the beach with access out the back door. The rooms are big with plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again, just come prepared and don’t expect any help.

Stunning views! Fantastic deck and outdoor spaces. The home is dated and worn. It needs a fresh coat of paint and the floors redone. Many walls had patched holes that were not painted.
