Dain was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for the two toddlers we had in our group, including bringing over baby gates for us. He always responded promptly and even let us check-out late at the last minute, when our travel plans changed. His place was great for families traveling. Just one thing to note was that the downstairs rooms can be a bit bright ay tomes, due to the exit signs that are in the downstairs hallway and the overhead lighting in the downstairs living room. It might be helpful for some families to bring black out curtains. However, overall we were very happy with Dain’s place and would happily stay there again.

A good place for our family to stay when coming to Richmond for our grandchildren’s’ christening.

We rented this for a group of five coworkers for an art convention. The location is perfect, easy parking, and tons of restaurants and bars. The character and architecture of this place are beautiful. From the curb appeal to the original woodwork, exposed brick, high ceilings, stained glass, and transom windows, it was a lovely historical building. If you're planning on cooking meals, the kitchens (yes, two) are not really meant for that compared to other rentals we've stayed in. Think of it as a well-stocked kitchenette situation. The bathrooms are large and, for you tall renters, the shower head is nice and high and the water pressure is simply divine. The host was easy to reach, proactive, and kind. Great stay and would rent this place again. Thanks for everything, Dain!
