I had a great stay!

Very spacious and comfortable, to easily accommodate big groups. Plenty of seating, nice high ceilings, very good lighting. The beds and bedding felt luxurious, rooms were large, closet space plentiful. No problem with having enough hot water. Appreciate that the home and neighborhood are dog-friendly! Except for the basement laundry area, the home was very clean and inviting. It is odd that there is only a thermostat to control the upstairs temperature. There is no control of the downstairs settings. This wasn't much of an issue in April, but might be in hotter and colder months. We were a little disappointed that the kitchen only had the most basic cookware, and not enough dishes for our large group. Fortunately the host or groups before us left paper plates and plasticware. The kitchen could be very nice for cooking if it were better supplied! We wished there was a toaster. We couldn't find kitchen towels or dishrags, but paper towels were plentiful. The location is ideal!

Awesome place for a large group. Right in the middle of a great part of Richmond. Couldn’t pick a better location.

Our team was in town for business and this was the perfect location! We were within 5-10 min of driving to anywhere we needed to be for the duration of our stay. While in proximity to so much, the home was still situated in a desirable neighborhood. The home had a great layout with plenty of space throughout! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms adorable. We loved the historical character and charm, however, you won't be sneaking around at night with the squeaky staircase. It didn't bother us, we had a great stay and this was the perfect place for our team to unwind after a long day!

Fantastic house, especially for large groups. Well appointed, and comfortable. Very well located. Appreciated that every bedroom had its own Television. Great set up for large families and gatherings.
