Catherine’s location was perfect for our daughter’s wedding at the VMFA. It was also walkable to Carytown and the many restaurants and shops in the area. It was perfect for our large group of 13 adults. Everyone really enjoyed themselves!

This historic home is wonderfully located. Our family enjoyed walking around on Cary Street, bopping into each little store. We ate right around the corner and walked home from several cute little bars. We had a family wedding about 20 minutes out of town, and it was a great decision to just stay in town and Uber to the event. There were 10 adults in the house and everyone was comfortable. We didn’t even need to use one bedroom. The front porch was lovely. The house had everything we needed, and was well stocked with consumables and coffee. It is not easy to find such a big home in a great area that is properly managed. So I really appreciate all the effort the owners put into making this house a great place for large families.

Had a great time at this home for a small reunion of friends. Owner was easy to get a hold of and the home was beautiful. Great access to lots of amenities, thanks for letting us stay!

A beautifully restored old house--all the modern amenities along with original finishes. The kitchen was generously stocked--even with coffee! Catherine was responsive and upbeat. I highly recommend this house.
