Terry's place was amazing! It was clean, bright, and the outdoors was gorgeous! We were there for a family wedding and the house was perfect to accommodate our family of 5, my husbands parents and my husbands aunt! The kids had a blast in the pool and the jacuzzi. Kitchen was fully stocked which I appreciated! We would definitely come again!

Gorgeous home, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Thanks to Andria (Co-host) and Terry for being very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Plenty big enough for our family of young adults to come home for a family reunion; each had their own bedroom, and we had plenty of space to hang out together. There were even board games to play. We lucked out with great weather and were able to enjoy the outdoor space. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but we appreciated these lovely areas including the outdoor tv and solo stove. The kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The primary room is luxuriously large, and the bathrooms are nicely appointed. Three of the toilet seats are even heated with bidets! The neighborhood is in a lovely area, great for long walks. We will definitely look forward to coming back to this house many times for more reunions in the years to come!

The pictures do not justice to this home. I rent many houses and take many vacations and this was one of the top houses I have ever rented. The attention to detail was superb. The house was fully stocked with anything you can think of and then some. We had our 6 year old with us and there were everything we needed for her. The backyard with the pool is simply amazing. Very relaxing in all aspects. Also they are extremely attentive to anything you may need or questions. I will definitely be renting again in the future. I highly recommend.

We rented this house for a small family reunion and it was perfect and I mean perfect! The pool , hot tub and Gazebo were a big hit with all. It was the small details from the wine on the counter, Coffee pods for the coffee maker, spices and a bottle of salad dressing in the pantry because you just can't remember to buy everything at the store! From the phone charging stations to the heated toilet seats the house was not lacking any amenities. It was immaculately clean and just top notch over all. If the need ever arises to have another get together in Richmond I would be sorely disappointed if I couldn't rebook this oasis. I forgot to mention how responsive the hosts were and readily available for the few questions that arose.
