-Located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, this spacious home is nestled by a lake -This home is furnished with several unique amenities -WIFI & Streaming services -Sunroom, Outdoor dining and pool table -Washer & Dryer - 1.5 miles to I-85 - 2 miles to I-95 - 3 miles to Old Town Petersburg - 6 miles to Colonial Heights The house has 7 bedrooms all with double beds and 3 1/2 baths, one of which is attached to the master bedroom with a shower and tub. The house also has a sunroom, pool table, private office and a movie theatre room.

Wonderful place to stay. The house is old but well-maintained. The host is very responsive a warning for light sleepers, that it is situated near a very active railroad. The ducks and Buddy the Swan are a very nice addition.
The house was lovely and comfortably handled our large family. The lake view is great! The kitchen was convenient for all our meal prep and the double oven was a bonus! It's hard to find a property that has enough bedrooms for a group, and having some on the first floor was helpful. The family room is generously-sized and was well-used for great conversations, family games, and watching ballgames. Basia, as our host, graciously answered our questions and made us feel welcome. It was a wonderful stay!
This was a new listing but worth it!! Was there for work but look forward to returning for a vacation. Thanks for all!!!
