The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had issues checking in; the apartment we were given didn’t match the description but it was resolved quickly. The pool and restaurant on site are nice, however, the location is where the standard drops depending on what you can tolerate. The hotel is a steep walk up the hill, which takes around 20 minutes to climb which can be a lot in the heat. There are only two outside restaurants on the same level as the hotel, all the rest are at sea level. It is also very noisy, calls to prayer happen frequently and woke all of us up in two separate apartments (8 and 1, we all wore ear plugs too). The first prayer call at 04:30 every morning, another around midday, and more through the evening. We also got unfortunate to visit during a concert period, on all three nights the locals were performing sound checks all day and didn’t finish until 00:30 most nights. It was obnoxious and random, plus a terrible drummer practicing through heavily loud speakers.

Great place to stay, incredible scenery and great location. There were a few lizards and flies roaming around - but other than that, the experience was amazing.

After a steep walk to the hotel (not a place for luggage) we entered to a hotel that smelt of sewage. Sheets was stained with blood, food and mud. Messaging Graham about this - there was no response. When the maid came the next day (we was already out) they just turned the sheets upside down instead of changing them. The whole time we stayed (3 days) the place smelt of sewage. Especially when showering. Huge mouthfuls to make you throw up! No WiFi at all. We had three Apple products, latest models and none of them picked up any WiFi. No hairdryer. Soap bottles was extremely crusty. Ants everywhere! All over the bed. Up the walls. From all our stays in Indonesia, this was the worst! Gross and disgusting! Extremely high priced when we looked at other hotels which was much nicer. Don’t stay here!!! Find something better!

A excellent boutique hotel, perfect to relax in for your stay in labuan Bajo. The interconnecting room was fantastic for our family, it was so clean and welcoming, it was just what we needed after three days on a boat! Excellent pool, with superb views and a lovely breakfast.
