David is an amazing host that was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house layout is a little odd BUT the most important things, clean functional areas, space for the 8 of us, clean linens and supplies if needed were readily available. Kitchen is well stocked. It fit 8 ladies perfectly! The location is great!! Easy drive to all tourist areas with many restaurants and grocery stores near by. We enjoyed the sauna and a cool plunge in the pool after a day of exploring Nashville. There is a lot of noise from planes flying overhead as FYI, but you could not hear it in the house. I would recommend this stay for others and would come back again on our next Nashville vacation! Thanks for everything David!

I’ve stayed in maybe 50 homes from this app. Dave is number one. Not proud of this but some life issues came up and I didn’t leave the home as tidey as I like to and dave never said a word to me about it. He was more than accommodating in my hard time at the end of my stay and I’ll never forget that. His home is roomy, cozy and the spa…. Don’t get me started. Super host dave. Love ya bud

David is an amazing host! Always responsive and proactive with issues. We had an issue with the transparent curtains. David directed us to where thicker curtains were in the house and he had extra curtains delivered right away on top of that. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools, oil, and some spices/condiments. And the house was stocked with extra towels, sheets, laundry detergent, soap - you name it! So convenient. We had planned on staying for 2+ weeks but we had to cut our stay short because of 2-3 friendly stray cats. Almost every time we opened the back door to go out, the cats were there. Unfortunately, one of our kids is allergic to cats which made the patio and pool area unusable for us. This area was a key selection item for this stay. Also it seems that previous guests let the cats in and the cleaners didn’t catch it since we found cat hair inside in 2 weird places - nowhere else. Even though we left early, David was great and made the situation right for us!
