vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar het huis was goed te vinden en handige lokatie qua openbaar vervoer en supermarkt. Schone huis en voelde veilig.

The location and price for this apartment was advantageous comparing to other apartment nearby Nice city center and the airport. Habi was a hospitable man and with a smile always . He replied your and questions in time and offered what he can serve as much as possible. Maybe because of the relatively low price, so we didn’t realize it is a basement until we arrive. Not very used to live in a basement. Overall, the location is good for those who want to live nearby city center and airport. But if you have certain level of living requirement, you may need to think throughly.

The room is in the basement of the main house. It was comfortable enough for a night stay, 10-15 mins walk from Magnan station in a residential neighbourhood. Lots of supermarkets around, walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais. The family stays upstairs, it feels like being a guest in their house

역도 걸어서 가깝고 구시가지와 멀지않아 좋았습니다. 공간은 넓었고 호스트는 너무 친절했어요. 다만 바닷가 근처라 집안이 좀 눅눅했어요. 엄청 심한 정도가 아니여서 괜찮습니다.
