房东人很好，有什么问题都在帮我们积极解决。入住时是她的儿子接待的，帮我们把行李抬上了五楼，房间很不错很干净，不过不太适合高个子的人（容易撞到头）。我们在尼斯度过了愉快了三天！

This is the second time we stayed at this apartment (we stayed for 1 month both this year and last year). The pictures and description on the Airbnb site are very accurate. Here are my comments: - Very clean and well maintained; all appliances were in working order (kitchen appliances, washer, A/C) - Bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, WiFi fast, large bedroom and bathroom - Christiane provided enough toiletries, paper products, cleaning products, coffee/tea for our arrival - Very secure building and apartment in The Port area (we felt very safe and neighbors friendly and quiet) - Wonderful location with grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bus/tram very close - Missed having an elevator but knew this prior to our stay Christiane is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating with check in/out times. We would definitely stay here a third time.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is right next to everything you want and need. It is very calm and quiet - great for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning, WiFi, and other amenities all work great. It is spacious enough to enjoy a long stay. I would definitely recommend.

Je n’hésite pas à recommander cet appartement et Christiane. Elle était une excellente hôtesse et elle a bien expliqué tous les choses dans l’appartement. Il y avait tout ce dont on pouvait avoir besoin, ce que j’ai apprécié. La meilleure chose en août était la clim, qui est assez difficile à trouver dans cet endroit et les bâtiments anciens. C’est un emplacement pratique pour le tram et il y a plein de magasins, boulangeries et restaurants. C’est aussi très proche de vieux-nice.
