Paula's flat was exactly what we needed for our night in Felixstowe. Spotlessly clean and all the amenities you could ask for. A short walk to the beach and restaurants, the location is perfect. I just wish we could have stayed for longer. Paula was a fantastic host. We briefly met when we got to the flat and we could immediately tell that she wanted us to feel at home and could ask if we needed anything. Thank you, Paula.

We've found our new favourite place to stay in Felixstowe. The apartment is in a great location, is very spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We instantly felt at home and Paula and Paul were so friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of milk in the fridge and a bottle of prosecco and two glasses waiting for us in the kitchen. We had a very enjoyable break, and would love to come back.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, restful environment while visiting Felixstowe. The hosts are lovely people and I felt extremely comfortable there. The flat is a basement flat but it's gorgeous - decorated in white and soft blues - and much brighter than you might expect. I especially loved the kitchen view of the back garden in the mornings while drinking my coffee. In the evening I got to see the super-moon through the huge living-room window and also through the bedroom window. Also, I found the bed to be very comfortable and I slept very well while I was there. As for the location; it's perfect because the steps in front of the house lead right down to the Spa Pavilion and beach and the road at the back of the house is virtually in town making everything extremely accessible. All in all this was perfect for me and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying.
