Amazing location just steps to the Hot Springs with an amazing deck that overlooks the river. If this place is available you should book it!

Beautifully appointed home in a perfect spot along the river. It is private and lovely—easily walkable to downtown. Perfect spot for a relaxing and easy vacation.

The house is beautiful - you can tell the host has put a lot of work into remodeling the inside. In fact, the house looked better in person than in the pictures. Also, the location was incredible. The house is located at the end of a street, so it feels very private, and there is a beautiful river in the backyard that is next level amazing. Although the house feels secluded and private, it is within walking distance from several hot springs and the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this house to others and personally hope to stay in it next time we travel to Pagosa.
