This was our 2nd time to rent this property, and the natural beauty is unsurpassed. One could spend hours on the porch, listening to the San Juan river flow just feet from your door. Abundant wildlife are near - deer, elk, birds. Property is ideal, with lovely sidewalks and paths along the river, and easy walk to the hot spring baths and downtown. The property however is beginning to show signs of age, and a bit in need of updated maintenance. Note especially that there is no access to conventional live TV unless you have your own provider (no ESPN, CNN, Fox News, or local channels), just Netflix. We appreciate Ryan’s responsiveness to our requests and concerns, despite being out of the country at the time of our rental.

Exceeded our expectations! Great location, kitchen was wonderfully stocked, furniture was very comfortable and everything was very clean. We look forward to returningin the future!

Nice place, very clean with great view of creek, which you can walk down to. Park next door with large field, walking path and playground

Enjoyed the stay here. Beautiful location, private, and very quiet. Large enough for the whole family. I’d say the only thing that could be better is a softer mattress in the master. It was a little stiff for my liking. More stiff than usual. Other than that, perfect distance to the hot springs and other places in town. Loved it.
