Check in and lock - managed to figure it out with a bit of help but the key pad was sticky and one of the numbers required was very temperamental. Instructions on the lock were not clear and we were trying to get the key from the side of the door but it was the wrong key box as our key was inside the property. In all fairness they did help us in this regard but did eat into our evening Shower and en-suite Clean yet their was no hot water, when I complained the host lied and said it was working fine when it was cold. Coffee facilities Marks on the coffee mugs, did not use Noise pollution and windows The windows did not close as they had been painted over leaving us with a lot of noise throughout the night, this meant we could not get to sleep until the surrounding evening venues closed Pros Right in the city centre and the bed was comfortable and clean. It was just a shame about the unprofessional manner in which the aforementioned problems were dealt with.

A very central location, only 12 minutes walk from the station. Room was large enough, clean etc. To access my room I had to climb 3 flights of steep and narrow stairs which I hadn;t expected, and wasn't easy with my luggage to navigate. It was also quite noisy around 1am, but I guess that's a vibrant city centre for you. Excellent communication from the host, and easy to self check in etc.

I booked this property just because I saw that it had an en suite, but after my job finished when I got in there, the room wasn't clean at all. All the leftovers from the previous customer were on the table, the bed and the linen weren't made, the toilet was dirty, the windows were open and the door wasn't locked at all but was stuck by a towel. While entering the building could hear people arguing and didn't feel safe at all.
