Julie's place was as advertised and met, or in many cases exceeded, our expectations. The "Farm House" decor was fun with retro advertising decor that fit the overall house presentation. The house was up-to-date with technology Wi-Fi plus a smart TV and digital entry box. Julie had a notebook presentation of thing to do in the area along with the preferred do's and do not instructions while staying in her home. She had various attention to detail for a traveler's needs with sample toiletries, suntan spray, flashlight, office desk needs (printer, extra ink, paper, etc). We made fresh lemonade and orange juice from her back yard trees (as was seasonally offered). Most of all the place was very clean. The kitchen amenities were what you would expect. The place was a perfect location for our baseball Spring training month. We will certainly check this place's availability first when and if we should vacation in the area again. Steve & Linda

Julie’s place was perfect for our visit. Plenty of room & very comfortable. I absolutely loved the bed pillows!! Odd, I know, but so comfortable! Julie has thought of every little amenity. That was very helpful and thoughtful. Any questions we had were answered right away. On top of all that, we asked to change dates around and Julie was very helpful with it all. Great stay!!

I just don't know where to begin. We stayed in this Beautiful home while we searched for a home in this great State of Arizona. Wonderful experience staying in this relaxing peaceful home in Sun City. It was certainly a nice walking area and very close to shopping and great restaurants. The Home is very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was very easy and Julie is a wonderful Host. We were sad to leave but we found a wonderful place to call home. I will definitely let our out of town guests know about this relaxing, peaceful home in Sun City. As for us, we would definitely stay here again and again.
