Great stay, beautiful place and kept immaculately gated community and the house is located at the end of the row of houses,,,, this gives you just a little more privacy. very quiet community met our needs perfectly

The stay at Mile End had a great layout with amenities for an enjoyable group stay. The features and rules were clearly distributed and described. The surroundings were very peaceful and the home was very comfortable and spacious. The McCalls were very communicative throughout the booking process and stay.

As a mom of six and the designated family planner, I can’t express how amazing this property is for school-aged to teenage kids! The property is very private with a clean pool and hot tub. The nature around the property is abundant and full of life- we saw all kinds of birds from woodpeckers and mockingjays, and even rabbits. Everything is fully stocked and functional- grill and tools, toys, games, TVs with subscriptions, make up wipes, disposable toothbrushes, air fryer, Keurig, detergent, to name a few. I felt like I was right at home. Plus, there’s plenty of space for adults and children to mingle separately and together. We opted not to use the pool table but it’s perfectly situated with both family rooms in view. Right across the street is a playground and a basketball hoop. The hosts are very responsive, polite and accommodating. I really appreciate the detailed rules and high expectations. You can tell this place is treasured by its guests and owners like the gem it is!

Really enjoyed our stay, pool and hot tub were perfect and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were in town for Spring training for the Royals so the location to the Surprise stadium is perfect. If you are wanting to explore the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area, be ready for a drive and traffic. We expected that and were totally ok. Will look to see if McCalls place is available next year when we come back for our annual spring training trip!
