Top notch place and location. Friendly hosts. The towels and linens policy is a bit odd, in that if you don’t select it ahead of time, they’re literally no sheets or towels even stocked in the house and no one on site to help, which is like going to a restaurant and being told after you get your food that you had to order your napkins and utensils in advance. Thankfully Scott made a special trip to bring me a bag on sheets and towels. Overall a fantastic place and we hope to return soon!

This was our third year staying at this property, check in is effortless and you can always count on a clean stay here so close to town. 10/10 recommendation

Rocky point is a great property and we had a great week with our family. Scott is always great to work with. The amenities on the property are great and the town of inlet has to be one of the best Adirondack towns. We are looking forward to coming back!

This town home and location does not disappoint. It has all the bells and whistles with technology. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to roam about as needed. We did not partake in the pool as the filter was not working. The pier with Gazebo is an awesome view and great place to get a little sun between excursions. We attempted to use the wood fire place in the townhome which did not go so well. Not sure if it was us or if it was a maintenance issue. There are plenty of board games available for downtime at night. The location is an easy 20 minute drive to the Town of Old Forge. For shopping or other fun activities which are available. I would definitely recommend!
