This is a fantastic property with very hospitable hosts. The trails are terrific and are very clearly marked. We enjoyed seeing all the different coloured "mushrooms" on the trails. The caboose is snug but well layed out. The lake is small and calm with a shallow beach entry, you can paddle-boat all around the lake. This is well worth exploring! There seem to be new projects on the way for these hosts and we are excited to see what they offer next!

AMAZING stay. Prepare like you're camping, then relax and enjoy lakeside campfire pit. Hosts are absolutely fantastic and go out of there way to make your stay great - always available and helpful! Lake was perfect for swimming and pedal boat was super fun!

This was a beautiful drive into a remote quite peaceful place the owners were amazing. The caboose was clean. There are bunk beds so sleeping was fun lol. But we loved it. We had arrived in a down pour and the owners invited us in for tea to dry off before heading to our space. This was like visiting old friends and we cant wait to book again.

What a wonderful experience! The chance to live a little part of history, and sleep in a Caboose that once roamed the railroads of this massive country. A real sense of history and juxtaposition to find a beautiful and well maintained caboose, mere steps from what I can only describe as a serene and very private lake. Caboose is very clean, lots of room with the fire pit, grass area and parking, brand new dock and my children were able to walk into the water from the sandy shore. It's a gradual lake bottom. Caught some fish off the dock. Communication was amazing from start to finish. They couldn't do enough for us!! We felt very welcome and at home. Can't wait to go back.
