From the moment we booked until we walked out the door Rick has been extremely helpful, making sure we knew what to expect along the way. He provided some walkable restaurants and a few other tips for the area that were very much appreciated. The rental is exactly as described in the listing. It's right across the street from a very nice and clean beach. We actually saw a pod of dolphins from the balcony on our first full day there, which was cool. The house is also stocked with the amenities you need to feel at home. We had groceries delivered and settled right in on the first day with no issues. Thank you, Rick. We're looking forward to staying there again in the future.
