We LOVE the beach and we LOVE Carlsbad! We have stayed in this hotel a few times but never this unit. It was remodeled and SO nice! We love being right on the beach, it’s so nice to walk everywhere. The only thing we complained about was that there are a lot of stairs to get our luggage and supplies in and out. Once we were unloaded we were all set until it was time to load up again. I am so happy sitting on the beach all day and listening to the waves at night. This property is excellent. We hope to book again really soon. If we could add something it would be a washer: dryer in the unit. However, they do offer free laundry services you just have to supply your own detergent. We got lucky at one opened up to get the beach towels washed for the next beach day.
