The owner of the property was nice and communicated. The exterior of the home was what I expect. It was nice and perfect for outdoor family fun. The interior however could use some updates. The home smelt dirty and musty when we arrived. The furniture and decor is also outdated, but if you can look past that it was a decent stay and accommodated our large family just fine. Also, the location is close enough to Disneyland and the neighbors and neighborhood seemed fine— but the area itself is not great and it’s right off the highway. Overall we had a great time but we’ll be booking elsewhere next time.

The house served us well for our family vacation (5 adults, 3 children) after our visit to Disneyland. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the extras like table tennis and foosball games and the pool. We opted to not rent a vehicle so we were limited in what we could access easily, but it was 20-min walk to nearby Target and grocery store and a 5-min walk to a nearby park. We were concerned about safety for kids with there being a pool, but the doors accessing the pool area are always locked and there is a gate so that gave us peace of mind. Quiet neighbourhood, felt very safe. Susy was very communicative and provided recommendations.

Susy was a great host and always responsive. The house was very clean and as listed. Great location to nearby attractions and a very quiet neighborhood.

This home was a nice place to stay for our "stay-cation" with friends visiting from out of town. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the ping-pong table. The host was very on top of the city AirBnb regulations and did a great time making sure all of the rules were very clear. The home was tidy, the amenities were as described, and it was very easy to find and access the house. There are a couple of things worth noting for future guests, these didn't apply to our group, but just things worth noting: This house is not ADA-accessible. There are steps into the home, steps up/down to the living room/kitchen, and steps up to all of the bedrooms. The pool also does not have a handrail to get in/out so for some people with limited mobility this may be an issue. Also, if you have a lot of people in your party or are cooking most of your meals in, you may want to bring additional silverware and utensils like a spatula, whisk, etc.

Susy's place was spacious enough to host our group. We're glad we got to enjoy the pool after a busy day of vacationing. Thank you!
