Paul was helpful in every way! We arrived in the dark and he talked us through this to get to the house. He recommended some great restaurants (The English Rose is right up the hill) and was genuine and friendly. The house is super spacious , well appointed and the view/outside space is awesome. Thank you Paul- we will recommend your place to everyone we know and hope to be back soon

Paul's house was perfect for our week in Rincon! The house is beautiful, uncluttered, and just as described and shown in the listing. The location is the perfect balance of privacy and convenience - the house sits on a hilltop at the end of a winding road and a private drive, but is just a few minutes away from incredible beaches (Steps, Dome, and Sandy) and downtown Rincon. Paul was a fantastic host, contacting me in advance with instructions for finding the property. If you rent this house, take Paul's advice to locate the property during the daytime - it's likely impossible to find the house at night. The outroor shower, roller shades, gas stove, and quality stainless steel cookware (instead of the typical scracthed non-stick) are nice touches, and make you feel like you are in someone's home, not a rental. Well done, Paul. We'll be back.

Second trip to this amazing house was as good as the first!

Paul was helpful at 1st , I stood there from 8/10-14, then later on at night my flight had gotten cancelled . I reached back out to him to see if I could come back in which he did let me which was great but the next day my family was ONLY meeting me at the property to leave to gozalandia . Once he saw from his camera that people were there for only 25 min , he calls me and messages saying his neighbors made a noise complaints which is impossible because there was no loud noise at 11am no music nothing mind you the house is on the hill away from others. Then says no party’s allowed which I most certainly wasn’t having one which I explained to him I didn’t know I couldn’t meet my family at the property I even told him sorry for the inconvenience literally were there for 25 min then on my last day he asked me to take the garbage out which I paid a cleaning fee of 250 then after I left try’s to report me to app which didn’t work . I just found it very rude of him .
