We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. Located in Puntas area of surfer town of Rincon, it is a bit of a trek up winding roads to this spot but well worth it for the beautiful Sandy Beach that is literally right behind the apartment. So convenient being able to go right out on the beach, and our teen son loved riding the waves, while our daughter preferred soaking in the small but very nice pool overlooking the beach. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. Recommend stocking up at a grocery store on way into town for essentials as there are no stores nearby, though there are some restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed live music at Big Kahuna burger shop across street, and breakfasts from nearby Jacks Shack and Jake’s Java. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing beach getaway. I hope we can return and stay longer next time!

Our family of four had a fabulous stay! The location is unbeatable - right on Sandy Beach and within very close walking distance to restaurants/bars, coffee, and surfboard rentals. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we would want. The washer/dryer was a big plus. We loved relaxing on the balcony. It was great to be able to so easily go back and forth to the beach, especially with young-ish kids. We chose Sandy Beach so that my daughter and husband could surf there, but we were happy that it also ended up being fun for swimming - although the current can be strong and the waves get big even in April (Lala Beach, which is about a 10 minute drive, was our favorite for swimming). Our kids enjoyed many hours in the beachside pool as well - it is relatively small, but most of the time we were the only ones in it. We looked at a lot of listings in Rincón before booking, and we are so happy we chose here. It was perfect, and we will definitely be back!

Without a doubt, the BEST place to stay in the Rincon area!!! This stay far exceeded all expectations, thanks to the location of the unit (literally right on the beach), the pool (literally right in the beach!!!), and the walkability to several shops and cafes/restaurants. Additionally, the unit was clean, beautifully decorated and was well-stocked with everything needed to make us feel at home! Our group of four appreciated that each room had its own thermostat (some like it hot, others like it cold!) and having two bathrooms. I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sandy Beach-we will be back!!

We had a great stay and it was perfect for my family of 3 including my 2-year old. The location, walkability to several great local establishments, and views from every part of the unit made for a truly special stay. The host was super responsive throughout and even helped arranged for a pack and play for our stay which was very appreciated. We look forward to coming back!
