The house is spacious and the location is excellent. The pool is a good size and there is plenty of outside seating. The pool was regularly checked and cleaned in the week we were there. However the house and outside area could definitely do with quite a bit of maintenance, it's all very shabby and tired. The cleaners had done a great job considering. The sheets and towels were pristeen, but there is a lot of ingrained dirt in the grouting in bathrooms which clearly can't be removed easily. The kitchen is fine and has plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans etc but is small & the dishwasher doesn't clean very well, even on the hottest setting. There is a washing machine which definitely needs a clean as there is black mould on the rubber seal and door. It does work and as long as you use a scented detergent and dry your clothed in the fresh air it's OK. All in all we were very happy here for the week though not sure we'd rush back to this particular property.
