Enjoyed our stay at Shady Oaks. It was very peaceful sitting on the back deck and close to winery and other places we wanted to see.
This was our 2nd stay here and we were reminded why we love this house! Quiet, secluded, and comfortable, not more to ask for an escape from the city. We will absolutely be back in the future!

We were looking fir peaceful and quiet. Definitely fit the bill. We did not see or hear any waterfalls but the lake level is still very low so may have been the reason. We lived the cats. It was a bit cold to sit outside but think in warmer weather, it would be lovely for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful cottage My kids and I had a great time at Mr Sergio’s Cottage . Absolutely recommend if you want to get away from the city and spend some time around nature.

I am originally from South Texas, and lived in Austin for many years. I currently live in San Angelo, TX. I am a musician (in my younger years, a drummer) so I love the music culture that surrounds Austin, TX. Shady Oaks Cottage by the winery is my "happy place".
