Nice host with detailed instructions. Great location for skiers / riders walkable to the Peru chair.
Great place
The place was great for the 2 of us. We love having 2 bathrooms and the small kitchen. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the main building. The only issue we had was that the large mattress was too firm and uncomfortable so we slept on the bunk bed instead. The carpet had some stains. Other than that, we enjoyed the place and the scenery.
This unit is not quite ski in/ski out. It would be too far to walk especially with kids on a busy road. The unit could use some updates, carpet is old and kitchen has seen better days. One of the mattresses seemed to be a futon mattress = super uncomfortable. The twin mattress on top bunk was not safe for kids as it was level with railing. For $500/ night, I would expect a nicer unit.
Much smaller than it looks. Pool and hot tub not usable. Just a short walk to Mountain House base area.
