Place was warm and cozy. They had a gas fireplace which your able to use. Had a large island; very nice for sitting around at night playing cards/talking. Otherwise Matt owns a supperclub/bar right next door. Very nice place.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at Matthew’s place. It’s always a wonderful experience. It’s clean, cozy, and in a beautiful location. I strongly recommend staying here.

My husband and I absolutely love this place- so do all three of our kids! This was our third time staying here and every time gets even better (even when you think it possibly can't!). Matt is a fantastic host that is available whenever he's needed, willing to help get whatever you need/want, and always greats you with a smile and friendly personality. The location is absolutely beautiful, fishing is great, local bars and restaurants are always clean and welcoming (HIGHLY recommend checking out the new Moxi Cocktail Lounge!), and all three times the Condo we had stayed in are amazingly clean and fully stocked! Highly recommend and can't wait for trip #4!
