Had a great stay at the Sonder! Was a little nervous about the area and about how noisy it would be, the reviews are correct with that being it is quite loud if your room is towards the street, but Sonder does provide a sleep noise machine and ear plugs in your room! I noticed the noise is only really bad during weekends when everyone is out and about, other than that just the normal traffic sounds which if you are looking for something more peaceful/ relaxing I’d say not the best choice. Place was very clean, April and Paris were very helpful and there is almost always someone there if you need help or have any questions, they also have a very good response time on the Sonder app with anything you may need if no one is around. Check in was simple, I arrived early and I was able to put my code in to get in the building and store my carry on and back pack in one of the lockers that have a key code lock on them. All in all it is a very cozy place if you’re looking for something simple <3

Highly recommend staying here. Price is reasonable. Outside parking only but there’s a overnight parking lot down the street. I got the room by the street and there’s a lot of downtown noise coming in but nothing that kept me from sleeping comfortable. Clean room. Booking again soon.

Our room was located on the ground floor. It was extremely loud and it often sounded like someone was in the room with you at night. You could hear drunks and Homeless outside clearly yell and cursing both nights. Someone also hit our window making use feel very unsafe. The bed was falling apart no BS. The restroom floor and carpet was very very dirty. If you stay here make sure you double check your check in time. Sonder does not honor your airbnb reservation they have their own itinerary. We had check in at 11am and they told us we couldn’t check in till 4pm. The roof deck was locked so we couldn’t use that amenity either. The lobby is very nice and the room has a nice style and decor but I couldn’t recommend this location after my experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my trip, but my stay took a turn when I found massive cobwebs in the back of my bed but Sonder had someone come clean them so I’m thankful I wasn’t left to deal with it. It’s an older building so if booking just be aware of how thin the walls and windows are. As well as parking is slim to none and be prepared to walk a lot. Overall Sonders associates helped worked through the problem so I’m glad I got to enjoy the rest of my trip.
