Location is great and everything was okay except AC which isn’t maintained well so it’s not very good working . I got electrical shock from the shower . Be careful . Host is very flexible and responsive

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is very convenient for grocery shopping, Tulum Avenue, It is a block from Chedraui's and three blocks from Parque de las Palapas, which just finished a total renovation. It was very clean. It does not show in the pictures, but the kitchen is completely separate (down the hall) from the bedroom, which was nice. It is a private apartment, not a shared kitchen. I had a little difficulty figuring out the outside lock, but Juan came right over and showed us, and after that it was easy. Would definitely stay again.

We miss it already!! Great location 10 minute walk from the ADO bus station for cheap travel to and from the airport. Also only 10 minute walk to the nearest pick up location for day tours to Chichen Itza. Best supermarket of our trip only 2 minute walk round the corner, a phenomenal and great value lunch spot at El Crustaceo Cascarudo. Juan / Adelina even brought over an extra saucepan for cooking. 5 star stay, very quiet at night and a super comfy bed!!
