An immaculate 4 bedroom 4 bath home nestled in a quiet residential road a short walk to the harbour and town center. Modern decor, a lovely kitchen/dining room with panoramic views. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 has bunk beds bottom bunk a small double. Bedroom 4 is a self-contained annex with kitchen & bathroom. With its own private entrance, via the back garden, its perfect for Grandparents who might need a bit of room for themselves! Local shop steps from the front door. The main house comprises of 3 luxurious bedrooms all en-suite, with the 4th bedroom being a separate annex for grandparents or teenagers to have some space. The annex has its own private entrance from the back garden. Off the kitchen there is a balcony with comfortable seating. Please note the main garden area is accessed through the back gate, the entrance to the annex is also here. We are just a 5-10 minute walk into town and a 15-minute walk back up the hill home. With distant views of Dartmoor and the rolling hills of the South Hams, the perfect setting for a holiday. The house is in a residential area so suited for families it’s NOT a party house, lovely neighbours live there year around. Please keep this in mind when booking. Sorry NO pets.

Our family's stay in Salcombe at Clare/Henry’s property was delightful. While the rest of the family enjoyed the beautifully appointed rooms, we relished the privacy and convenience of the self-contained apartment which is accessible via steps from the balcony as well as the path outside. The apartment offered all modern amenities and was spacious. The house itself is a gem, boasting a well-planned designer kitchen and beautifully designed modern en-suite bathrooms that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The property is clean and well looked after. The views from the back of the house were wonderful. Parking outside wasn’t a problem during our stay. Communication with Clare was excellent, providing us with plenty of information and ensuring a seamless experience. Highly recommended for a memorable family or group holiday in Salcombe!
We had the most amazing time away in this beautiful property located just outside town centre. The property was easy to find and parking wasn't a problem. The property was very clean and clearly very well looked after! Clare was a superstar! proactive, responsive and very friendly. We will certainly be coming back!

Wonderful house and a fantastic location for getting around Salcombe. Lovely space for our Christmas stay with a well stocked spacious kitchen. Clare was a really helpful host, clear instructions prior to our arrival and helpful during our stay.
A lovely quiet place to visit Salcombe and its beautiful surroundings. Being up on the hill, we became fitter by the end of the 5 days.

Just a short stroll from the main town centre of Salcombe. 10-minute walk down the hill but a 10/15 minute walk back up. It's not a major problem but note the hill is steep. Close enough to enjoy the activity of the town but far enough away to escape and find peace. Less than a minute away from the local spar store and post office.

Driving is the best mode of transport, parking for the property is on the street outside or surrounding streets, there is no time limit on parking, or there is a car park nearby.
