Cute little space perfect for 1-2 people. Just a few steps away from the beach, I watched sunsets almost every evening from this spot! Street parking is very limited so I ended up purchasing a parking space, well worth the money for the 3 months I was there.

5 wonderful weeks by the Pacific Ocean! It takes just one minute to reach the beach. Alba & Mike were proactive and responsive in making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Full bathroom, gas stove, large fridge and freezer, and convenient laundry facilities. Excellent wifi connection. The immediate neighborhood is lively and sometimes extreme, yet felt generally safe and there is an immediate sense of community. Thank you very much for hosting me.

Enjoyed my stay here! The location was ideal as it is right along Venice beach literally steps to the sand and water, and walking distance to all the restaurants and fun things Venice has to offer. Would consider coming back here again during the summer time to make full use of the beach! Thanks again!

Love the location! Cute home and everyone in the area is very friendly. Easy to get Uber/Lyft services as well if you’d like to go to WeHo or DTLA. I walked everywhere to get groceries/shop etc. Walkability is what I look for whenever I rent somewhere.
