Our stay at mikes place was great! It is in a perfect area of Venice - backs up the canals for leisurely strolls, walkable to just about everything around town but it was also easy to have a car with the dedicated parking spot. The layout of the place was great, we were both able to navigate working remotely with dedicated desk space and tables. We brought two pets with us and they were tripping over each other to get outside every morning to enjoy the big backyard. Best of all, mike was quick, responsive and always helpful.

I had a lovely stay at Mike's place for the month of February. The location is perfect - close to everything but on a quiet, residential street. Many restaurants, bars, and beach within a 10 minute walk. Yard was meticulously maintained. Unit itself is very cute, but a bit older with signs of wear and tear. The furnishings are updated, comfortable and clean. The unit was very-stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and anything that wasn't there, Mike was willing to provide quickly (a fan, extra sheets, etc.)

Mike was a great host, very quick to respond and very accommodating. The apartment was comfortable and was located in such a wonderful location right next to the Venice canals.

Mike's place was absolutely perfect for my stay. It is extremely comfortable and spacious. It's incredibly close to the canals, and a very short walking distance to Abbot Kinney, Washington Blvd, and Windward Circle. The yard was perfect for enjoying spending time outside while still having privacy. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in Venice.
