Had a very pleasant stay at Florence's place. It's right by the beach on Cagnes Sur Mer and has easy links into Nice or Cannes with a bus stop 2 mins walk away. Lots of local restaurants all the way along the promenade and a very nice pebbly beach that the sun shines on all day long. Bed was comfortable, and there is a working air con unit as it does get very warm so much so you don't need any covers in the summer months. I was travelling alone but is still suitable for a couple. Didn't really spend a lot of time in the apt except to sleep as there was so much to do, but would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing time away on the south coast of France.

Séjour très agréable dans le studio de Florence. Communication très facile et sympathique. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, à proximité immédiate de la mer, des commerces et restaurants. Le petit marché du Cros de Cagnes super sympa. Base nautique toute proche. Accès aux transports immédiats également. Emplacement idéal. Seul petit bémol pour la clim mobile assez bruyante mais en cours de changement pour les prochains locataires👍🏻. Je recommande vivement le logement de Florence et y reviendrait sans hésitation avec la nouvelle clim😉.

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. Florence è una persona davvero gentile con cui è facile comunicare ed è stata anche molto disponibili per quanto riguarda soprattutto l'orario di check-out. La posizione della casa è davvero ottima: vicinissima alla spiaggia, ma anche alla stazione di Cros de Cagnes per eventuali spostamenti (tutte le città sono ben collegate). La casa era pulita e confortevole; se posso dare un consiglio, direi di aggiungere qualche utensile in più in cucina perchè essendoci solo due pentole e una padella, a volte è stato più lungo cucinare (per esempio per fare carne + verdura sarebbero servite due padelle, ma ce n'era solo una). Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!
