The mineral pool and hot tub were fabulous. The springs helped my inflammation and pain. It was nice to have the pool mostly to ourselves. I love children but being a 21+ location, it made the stay very quiet and clean. There were plenty of beach towels for the pool. Roku was available on the TV and worked well. Bathtub was not as clean as I had hoped and a ventilation fan would have been nice. Otherwise everything was clean and prepared. The mattress was a little firm and the Internet was slow. Alberto was very kind and checked in when we were out at poolside to make sure there were no needs that had not been met.

Had a great stay here! Very easy to find and had everything listed. While he neighborhood didn’t offer a ton, it’s great for those traveling with pets and it’s only about 10-15 from Palm Springs

Great small motel in Desert Hot Springs with a gorgeous warm pool and hot tub. Our first-floor room was comfortable and there was a very well-equipped shared kitchen just a few steps away if you needed to cook food or store things in the fridge. Comfortable bed and nice linens. The motel was very quiet on our weeknight stay and we had the pool area nearly to ourselves, which felt decadent. We didn't have a dog, but the dog/fire area is spacious and has a spectacular view of the mountains. Would definitely visit again.

Mineral hot tub was wonderful. This place is lovely and clean and the shared spaces are exceptional.
