When we first arrived, it was about 10pm I tried unlock pad to get in the door and for some reason I couldn’t get it open, so I tried turning the knob and the door wasn’t even locked. It was open when I went inside I said hello cause I thought I heard noise and then I realize that the house wasn’t cleaned at all. The master bedroom was the first room I seen and I thought there was somebody laying in bed. I turned on the light I realized there was no one laying in bed. It was warm like somebody had just got out of the Bed. The other bedrooms were dirty as well and used. so I called Quinn and she sent 2 maids about two hours to finish cleaning and then she told me she would be back in the morning around 10 am to finish the floors and I told her no please do not show up at 10 and disturb us. I told her I would clean the floors instead so they left around 1230 that night

This place was not what we were expecting😖! I booked this Airbnb because of the pictures of the pool, it was very disappointing to walk into the patio and find out that there was NO POOL!!😭 My kids were heartbroken, they love swimming and were so excited about it this spring break. Another major disappointment was the grill, it was dirty and had no propane gas. There were two extra tanks on the side but they were empty. I tried to grill some hamburgers but it was impossible, so I ended up cooking them in a pan. The house was okay, clean sheets and restrooms, kitchen was also nice except for the broken blender ( I was trying to make milkshake) We did enjoy the game room. We would have LOVED to spend the day at the pool with the kiddos, grilling some hamburgers, but unfortunately we were unable to… Well maybe next time! Just, PLEASE make it VERY CLEAR, NOT in small writing when the pool is unavailable (or frankly anything) for future clients!

Stayed for 6 days in March. Quin’s place is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated, pristine clean, loaded kitchen, washer and dryer, everything you could possibly need. Huge patio with table, chairs and grill. Pool was down for maintenance, but we knew that it advance of booking. Great hikes in the area. Quin was very responsive to all of our messages. Would definitely rent again.
