This was the perfect stay for our big group of golfers! The host is super responsive, and very attentive to issues (my fault issues - locked key in the room and they immediately came and opened it for me. This will definitely be on my list for our annual golf outing in Puerto Rico.

AMAZING host! Answered quickly, super friendly and accommodated us with dropping off luggage early before check in time & leaving it after check out until our flights. I would 100% recommend this for large groups, the set up is great! I will definitely book again and i recommend that you book for your PR stay.

I loved the house ! Great area good food places on the street gas station right at the corner . Rooms great on size and storage room . Nice big pool in the back . Parking was okay very busy street hard to pull out at certain times . All activities was 5-10 mins away from the house . But have to buy extra toilet paper and paper towels you get 1 roll we was there for 5 days with at least 2-3 people in a room . Great house for big groups about 45 mins from SJU . Host is very responsive! I would definitely stay again !

I regret to say that our recent stay at this Airbnb property was horrifying. The property is not suitable for families. The kitchen was a partial kitchen located outdoors, essential appliances such as the oven and grills were not operational; utensils and kitchen tools were broken and unclean, hindering our ability to prepare meals. The cleanliness of the property was appalling. Dirt, hair, and dead bugs on floors, baseboards and under beds. The bathroom showers lacked hot water, had mildew in grout, black mold on wall/ceiling, signs of burst pipes. Holes in ceiling. The living room contained seating for 2-3 people, none of the televisions on the property worked. we observed mildew and/or mold in several areas. The washing machine leaks. Parking was difficult, spaces often occupied by other vehicles, leading to confrontations and safety concerns. Constant construction noise from adjacent home. Overall, this experience left us feeling unsafe and deeply disappointed.

Stayed for a week with a big group and Cheila was great in responding quickly. This place is close to many attractions and restaurants.
