We stayed here for an autumn getaway and although it rained for half our trip, we still had a great time. The tiny house is cozy and has thoughtful amenities inside and out. Plenty of shops, wineries and breweries within a 20-minute drive and state parks nearby for fishing and hiking. Kirk was responsive and unobtrusive during our trip and the place was spotless. You can’t top the river views - we were able to watch the sunrise from the bed. We hope to visit again soon!

This was my second stay at the tiny house on the river and I just love it! Perfect hosts, perfect communication, perfectly clean & comfy little place with its own boat ramp. The only thing they could make this little place better would be if it was all mine!

This sweet and immaculate "tiny house" is all about its location on a stunning and pristine stretch of the Susquehanna River. There are six different ways of engaging with the river: a panoramic view from the bedroom, a comfortable patio just outside the kitchen, a small deck and cafe table directly overlooking the river from above, a porch swing on the perfect lawn a few feet back from the water, a stable dock with two lounge chairs, and a gravel boat launch hidden from direct view. With sunrise and moonrise happening across the water behind a small mountain ridge, and herons and ducks flying around, you couldn't ask for a more beautiful location. The house is simple and comfortably furnished, and feels very connected to the site. Very easy on/off the main road.
