This comfortable and spacious studio has two Queen size beds, a private bath, full kitchen, closet space, and a cozy reading corner. Stay connected with high-speed internet and a flat screen TV with cable. This studio has been recently renovated with a clean, and uncluttered farmhouse style look. and is the perfect destination for a family experiencing small town America in style and in proximity to a large city only a short drive away. The lodge where this apartment is in has other amenities that are available for rent upon special request. One of these is a private bar where you can chill. A full gym where you can play basketball with your friends or families. It also has a bigger dining room with a full kitchen and serving area to accommodate more guests.

My kids live about 5 hours away in 2 or 3 directions. Stockport IA was a nice in-between spot. Van Buren county is beautiful even in November when the leaves are gone. I was able to book 4 rooms for 8 adults, 1 teen and 6 little ones. The old school building has been beautifully repurposed as apartments and Air B n B rooms. Hunters take advantage but it was also perfect for our little family get together.

Super low key, ac was incredible in the Iowa heat.

Good place away from loud traffic. Beds were very comfortable. Biggest downfall is that there are alot of stairs.
